Return and Exchange Policy

1. Exchange will be allowed with the same or a higher value only if the product is found defective,
2. Items purchased on clearance sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Return Policy: 
1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.

2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted. An opening video of the product is a Must.
3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

Exceptions:
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Customised products
  • Pre-draped Sarees
  • Clearance Sale 

Refund Policy:
1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes                                           Vaikuntamthreads' quality check.
2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable or exchangeable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Vaikuntamthreads team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note or replacement will be issued.

Exchange Policy

1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order. 
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another                       exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a                               credit note will be issued.
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request.                        Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the                             original order.
5. Product Exchange:

  • If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
  • Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
